Biographical Notes

Scott C. Withrow is the founder and President of ComplyX Structured Information, Inc., based in Atlanta, Georgia. ComplyX develops electronic forms utilizing XML know-how for automating healthcare claims and complying with the electronic transaction standards mandated by the Health Insurance Portablility and Accountability Act (HIPAA). An accountant and attorney by training, Scott became a PDF Developer to leverage familiarity with existing PDF forms for healthcare claims. He is also a founding partner in the Atlanta law firm of Withrow, McQuade & Olsen, LLP and the author of two books on healthcare compliance published by the American College of Healthcare Executives. Scott received his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Virginia in 1979 and his law degree from Vanderbilt University in 1984.
