Biographical Notes

Tony Bibbs is a software development manager for the State of Iowa. Responsible for managing many enterprise level applications, he has had to take a close look at how his applications handle authentication, authorization and combine that with the vision of Iowa's CIO on how to address identity issues within the state. Tony's background includes stints in aerospace, education, insurance, agriculture and now state government. Iowa born and a graduate from the University of Northern Iowa in Computer Science, Tony now resides in Des Moines, Iowa with his wife of four years and 9 month old daughter.
