Biographical Notes

Born in Liverpool in 1948 and have been involved in IT since the late 1960's A Borough Councillor since 1983 Chelmsford Borough Council has a Cabinet form of government and I am the member of the Cabinet with responsibility for Democracy, Communications, Customer service, Information Technology and E-Government.
