Biographical Notes

Jeff directs OGC's Interoperability Program that provides an industry consensus process to develop, test, demonstrate, and promote the use of interfaces and protocols that enable interoperable geoprocessing. The Interoperability Program organizes and manages Interoperability Initiatives that address the following needs of industry and government Sponsors: "Plug and Play" Geoprocessing, Collaborating Communities, and Outreach and Education.
