Stanford K. McCoy is an Associate in the the International Trade and Finance Group at Covington & Burling, a major U.S. law firm. Stan specializes in information technology and communications issues. He works out of Washington, D.C., having recently returned from his firm's Brussels office. Stan works with clients in the commercial software industry.
