Communication and Community:<BR>
A community that is free to adapt the ways it communicates can thrive, even under the stress of changing conditions.<BR>
So what?<BR>
When human communities spontaneously change the ways in which they think and communicate, they should not be penalized by the larger communities in which they participate.<BR>
If the focus of information-sharing activities is to enable and support the independent, unconstrained evolution of the ways in which communities know what they're talking about, then those activities are constructive.<BR>
